Parking Lot Striping & Line Marking Across Dallas–Fort Worth

Striping is the cheapest work you can do to a parking lot and the first thing every customer notices. Faded lines make a property look neglected before anyone reaches the front door — and worse, worn ADA markings and unreadable fire lanes are a compliance problem that can surface during an inspection or after an incident.

We handle straightforward re-stripes over an existing layout and full re-layouts on fresh sealcoat or new asphalt. On a re-layout there's often room to gain stalls just by tightening angles and aisle widths, which is worth asking about if your lot fills up. We also mark ADA stalls and access aisles, fire lanes, directional arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, loading zones, and curbs.

Most lots are a one-day job, and we work nights and weekends so you don't lose business over it. Call 972-921-9488 for a free layout and quote.

Signs You Need This

  • Lines are faded enough that drivers park crooked or between stalls
  • ADA stalls, symbols, or access aisles are worn or missing
  • Fire lane markings are unreadable
  • The lot was just sealcoated and the old layout is gone
  • You're losing usable stalls to a layout that wastes space

What We Handle

Parking Lot Striping & Line Marking Services

Residential and commercial work throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. No job too big or too small.

Standard Stall Striping

Single and double-line stalls laid out for your lot's dimensions and traffic flow, in the color your property requires.

ADA Accessible Spaces

Accessible stalls, access aisles, and van-accessible spaces marked with correct dimensions, symbols, and signage placement.

Fire Lanes & No-Parking Zones

Fire lane striping and curb painting to the layout your local fire marshal expects, plus lettering where required.

Directional Arrows & Stop Bars

Traffic arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, and lane markings that keep circulation moving safely in one direction.

Numbering, Lettering & Reserved Spaces

Stall numbers, reserved and visitor spaces, loading zones, curbside pickup, and tenant-assigned parking.

Full Lot Re-Layout

Starting fresh after sealcoat or new asphalt. We'll show you whether a different angle picks up additional stalls before we paint.

How It Works

Our Parking Lot Striping Process

01

Free site visit and layout

We measure the lot, count what you have, and show you the layout we'd recommend — including whether you can gain stalls.

02

Schedule around your business

Nights, early mornings, or weekends. On larger properties we phase section by section so the lot stays partly open throughout.

03

Surface cleaning

Lines are blown and swept clean before painting. Paint on dust lifts within months, which is why some stripe jobs fail early.

04

Layout and marking

Lines chalked and measured before any paint goes down — especially ADA stalls and access aisles, where dimensions are not negotiable.

05

Paint application

Traffic-grade paint applied at proper thickness for durability. Crisp edges, consistent width, no overspray.

06

Dry time and reopen

Paint is typically dry to traffic within an hour or two. We block off sections and pull the cones as each area cures.

Common Questions

Parking Lot Striping FAQ

How much does parking lot striping cost?

+

Usually priced by stall count and by how much specialty marking is involved — ADA, fire lanes, arrows, lettering. It's one of the lowest-cost improvements available for a commercial property. We quote free after a site visit and will beat any written quote. Call 972-921-9488.

How often should a lot be re-striped?

+

Every one to three years for most commercial lots, driven mainly by traffic volume and sun exposure. Any lot that has just been sealcoated needs striping immediately, since the sealer covers the previous layout completely.

Can you do the work after hours?

+

Yes — most of our striping happens at night or on weekends specifically so businesses don't lose parking during trading hours. Larger lots get phased so part of the lot stays open at all times.

Do you handle ADA compliance?

+

We mark accessible stalls, access aisles, and van-accessible spaces to the required dimensions with correct symbols, and we'll flag where signage needs to go. Requirements do change, so if your lot was laid out years ago it's worth a look during the site visit.

How long before cars can drive on it?

+

Typically one to two hours depending on temperature and humidity. We cone off freshly painted areas and open them progressively as they dry, so the lot is rarely fully closed.

Should I sealcoat before striping?

+

If the asphalt is due for sealing, do it first and stripe on top — otherwise you pay for striping twice, since sealer covers everything. If the surface is in good shape and only the lines are worn, a re-stripe on its own is fine.
